In short

  • Drop is normal. Platforms remove inactive and flagged accounts in waves.
  • Refill tops the order back up inside a printed window, usually 30 days.
  • Refill cannot fix anything you broke yourself — private accounts, deleted posts.
  • 'Non-drop' means low drop, not zero. Nobody can promise zero.

Why drop happens at all

Every platform runs periodic cleanups that remove inactive, automated and flagged accounts. When one of those accounts was part of your order, your number goes down. This is not a shop defect and it is not specific to any provider — it is the cost of the entire category existing.

Drop rates vary by platform and by package quality. Cheaper packages generally drop more, which is a large part of why they are cheaper.

What refill actually covers

A refill window is a period, printed on the package, during which the provider will top the order back up toward the quantity you bought if it falls. Thirty days is the common floor on follower services. Inside that window, drop is the provider's problem. Outside it, it is yours.

  • The window starts when the order completes, not when you paid.
  • The target is the quantity ordered, not your total follower count.
  • Refill needs the target still visible — public profile, live post.
  • Some packages have no refill at all. That is stated on the card.

When refill will not save you

Switching a profile to private mid-order. Deleting the post. Changing the username the order was placed against. Archiving the Reel. In every one of those cases the provider can no longer see the target, so neither delivery nor refill can run, and the balance is already spent.

Refill versus refund

Different things. Refill replaces units that dropped after delivery. A refund applies when the provider never started at all — unused balance comes back per the refund policy. If an order sits unstarted well past its printed window, that is a support conversation, not a refill one.

FAQ

Why are my bought followers dropping?

Platforms periodically remove inactive and flagged accounts. Some drop is normal on every network, which is exactly what refill windows exist for.

What does a 30-day refill guarantee cover?

For 30 days after the order completes, the provider tops it back up toward the quantity you bought if it falls — provided the target is still public and visible.

Does 'non-drop' mean zero drop?

No. It means low drop from higher-quality accounts. No provider on any panel can honestly promise zero.

What if the order never starts?

That is a refund question rather than a refill one. Unused balance comes back per the refund policy — contact support with the order number.
